NC/SC Subcommittee of the Governor's Water Law Review Committee of South Carolina will meet by teleconference on Friday, October 31st, 2003 at 1:30 PM

Tentative agenda is as follows:

 I. Water Quality and Water Quantity

       A. FERC Relicensure - NC/SC
       B. Interstate Compact

If you are interested in participating in the  teleconference, it will be held at the offices of the Land, Water and Conservation Division of the SC Department of Natural Resources, located in Suite 222, 2221 Devine St. in Columbia, S.C., near Five Points.
